This machine is mainly used to collaborate with other machines in a rice milling process for brown rice whitening. In a rice milling unit with a daily capacity of 50 t it is usually used for bran breaking and brown rice whitening.
The component parts of the whitening chamber can be rearranged in light of the requirement in whitening degree and the quality of the paddy produced in different regions: adopting an emery roll with different emery grain size or a roll with combined emery and iron sections; or after adjusting the working parameters of the whitening chamber, the machine works in collaboration with the subsequent rice whiteners. White rice product in different whitening degrees can be produced according to China National Standard GB1354-78. The machine is equipped with built-in air jetting and air suction systems.
